Analisis Sitasi Jurnal LibTech Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Periode 2020–2025: Kajian Bibliometrika

This study aims to analyze the citation characteristics of articles published in the LibTech Journal of Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University Malang during the 2020–2025 period using a bibliometric approach. The analysis focuses on the characteristics of cited references, including the number of citations, types of literature, source languages, publication age, and the most frequently cited authors and publishers. This study employed a descriptive quantitative method with a bibliometric approach. The research sample consisted of all 61 articles published during the study period using a total sampling technique. Data were collected from the reference lists of each article and analyzed using frequency and percentage distributions. The results showed that the articles published in LibTech Journal contained 872 citations. Indonesian-language references were the most dominant sources (75.80%), followed by English-language references (23.74%). Journal articles (57.34%) and books (26.38%) were the most frequently cited types of literature. Sugiyono was identified as the most frequently cited author, while Alfabeta was the most frequently cited publisher. Furthermore, the citation half-life analysis showed a value of eight years, indicating that the references used were relatively current. These findings indicate that LibTech Journal has demonstrated a tendency to utilize relevant and up-to-date scholarly references, although the use of international literature still needs to be strengthened to improve the quality and global visibility of the journal.
